Coinswap – a transfer of tokens from one blockchain to another. Mostly it’s done with ERC Coins on Ethereum blockchain. A conversion rate is usually 1:1, but other options may be available to their owners as well. The rate is totally dependent on the new blockchain developers’ plans.
